Manage all aspects of development and execution of Gift-With-Purchase programs for North America programs in all channels of distribution.

•Develop strong, effective and strategically relevant gift mixes for North America Programs, including the US Department Store, Specialty, Canada, and New Account Opening programs.
•Product Marketing/Costing/New Launch Management/Package Design & Packaging: Primary liaison for all Product Marketing issues.
•Drive process of working with Product Development and Makeup Mktg to assign shades.
•Work closely with Executive Director to identify opportunities for same-season sampling.
•Liaise closely with all members of the GWP development team to ensure efficiencies and synergies in global gift offerings.
•Work closely with Package Design, Packaging and Creative Operations to brief support teams on desired componentry while managing time lines.
•Thoroughly understand costing structure of all gifts and components. Manage lowest costs of all gifts and components.
•Prepare necessary cost analysis throughout program development to ensure financial cost targets are met.
•Manage overall cost of goods budget, tooling budget, and collateral budget.
•Analyze program performance, disseminate results, and make recommendations regarding strategy changes.
•Work closely with FSVP’s and FSD’s to identify market trends and shifts.
•Closely observe all strategic changes or tests on a market level so evaluation and implementation can be managed effectively. Keep abreast of competitive activity through close communication with relevant field sales.
•Manage flow of communication regarding all North America gifts through program documentation including fact sheets, job starts, seasonal briefs and presentation books.
•Review artwork routes and ensure correct execution of all gift contents on enclosures, fact sheets and presentation books.
•Present seasonal programs to senior Sales and Marketing management during program development.
•Develop and manage direct reports at the Asst Manager and Coordinator levels.


Skills:
•Position requires 5+ years related experience. MBA a plus.
•Strategic thinker with strong analytical and quantitative skills and excellent attention to detail.
•Must have the ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects, and to conduct presentations.
