We provide a comprehensive array of packaging solutions for our clients. We are currently searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fairfield, CA.

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Responsibilities:
• Work hand in hand with outside sales representative
• Provide quality customer service on a timely basis and entering customer information onto database.
• Accurate data entry and order processing.
• Proficient in the following computer skills - MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Data Entry.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years customer service experience.
• Self starter with the ability to multi-task
• Demonstrate excellent time management, organizational skills and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills and excellent phone demeanor
• Wine, beverage or distribution experience is a huge plus.
