Our client has an opening for a Healthcare Project Architect. Ideal candidate will be a licensed architect with 8+ years experience working with healthcare or other institutional/academic facilities. Must have architectural skills with the ability to develop details and organize architectural drawings, leadership skills in defining project goals and schedules, an ability to effectively communicate and lead consultants and architectural staff through construction documents and have a thorough understanding of construction administration.

This candidate must also possess excellent written and verbal skills. Abilities in recognizing and mentoring talent, organizing multiple teams and working with younger staff in a collaborative environment is a must. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2006, 2008 and Revit preferred. Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) experience a plus.
