OPTION 1: $21.19hr Tax Free Pay for housing and meals expense (first 40 hrs. worked)+ $19.81 Taxed (you provide your own housing with this option)
OPTION 2: $35 Hourly Rate + Free Housing
OPTION 3: $48 HR as a 1099 NURSES 911 makes no withholdings from your check. (You are responsible for 100% of your taxes and housing)
