About Us:
LabConnect provides global centralized bio-analytical, safety, genotyping and biostorage laboratory services for the biopharmaceutical industry. We are seeking four part-time Shipping Clerks to join our team.

Shipping Clerk

As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with client supply shipments and assembly, inventory of supplies, stocking and re-sticking of supplies upon receipt/distribution and lab kit preparation.

Responsibilities:
• Identify supplies by expiration date and open dates
• Maintain stock and inventory in organized system
• Perform lab and office supply inventory per procedures and within established times
• Submit appropriate supply requests to supervisor within established time limits
• Prepare and assemble lab shipments per direction of supervisor
• Refurbish and stock lab kits per established procedures
• Assist in lab kit builds and shipment for investigator sites
• Maintain appropriate supply and shipping logs

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a High School diploma or general education degree (GED), or in progress. Previous production experience with strong computer skills is highly desired. Candidate must possess multi-tasking capabilities with organizational and interpersonal skills while demonstrating a focus on quality without compromising quantity. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., to use a hand truck for moving bulk supplies and possess eye-hand coordination and hand manipulation required.
