The D & A Clinical Manager position is supervised by the Director of Behavioral Health Services. The D & A Clinical Manager will work closely with the other Mental Health Clinical manager and the ADAP Program Coordinator to assure quality services for all clients managed through Congreso’s integrated service delivery model; provide appropriate documentation, oversee contract compliance and reporting. Coordinate and advocate for a range of core and supportive services to address treatment related needs and education and/or employment. This position oversees clinical services in both the Adolescent and Adult D&A Programs.


Skills:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, Public Health or related field; Bilingual/Bicultural (Spanish/English) preferred; Knowledgeable about the Latino community in Philadelphia; Knowledgeable regarding Substance Abuse and its impact on the Latino community; Good oral and written communication skills; Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations; A valid drivers license.
