Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service Manager - (US-CA-Santa Clara - 95056)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead small team of travel consultants in providing high quality customer service (telephone-based) to clients, who are mostly Mandarin-speaking
2. Convert sales over the telephone
3. Help promote company brand and service within Chinese communities in US and worldwide
Skills:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum 2 years experience at Retail Travel Agencies selling tours and air tickets. Experience selling cruise is a plus. Must be detail-oriented. Must be familiar with North American geography (preferably European geography as well).
2. Demonstrate strong ability in customer relationship handling and development. Must be able to address and resolve customer complaints.
3. Bilingual - Mandarin/English - (speaking and writing) required. Must be able to type in both English and Chinese.
4. Must be responsible, energetic, self-motivated, fast learner, and be able to multi-task. Experience and manager or team leader a strong plus.
5. Proficiency in using the web, email, and office applications.
