We are now hiring qualified candidates for our Senior Front End Developer position. As a Senior Front End Developer you will be using our existing and new platforms to design and implement innovative Front End technology interfaces. While advertising solutions for clients and internal business groups within set deadlines. Furthermore, you will be the focal point as a back end and front end technological product using capabilities for internal business groups in accordance with client objectives.

Required Experience Must Haves:

Personal/Engineering Skills:
• Self-managed, proactive, creative, problem solving work style and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Able to evaluate and learn new technologies, applications and skills quickly.
• Ability to multi-task and estimate engineering tasks in a fast paced, professional environment, while balancing "Importance to User" and business ROI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to "mentor" and develop skills of other staff members.
• 5+ years experience building front-end web applications under multiple browsers and OS using HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, JSP, and Java Servlets.


Other front-end technologies such as Flash, ActionScript, GWT etc. - a major plus.
• Significant background in the following: application servers (Apache Tomcat), web servers and distributed or load balanced systems, Web Services and SOA, XML, DOM, and other W3C standards
• Experienced with backend technologies: SQL, Java and good database understanding in Oracle environment. Other languages/databases - a plus.
• 3+ years of experience with tools and environments such as: CVS, Eclipse, Photoshop, prototyping and testing tools, (other tools - a plus)
• Experienced at writing technical and end user documentation for web applications.
• Education: BS or higher in CS or other strongly related field (or equivalent experience).
• Graphic Design education and experience - a plus
• Adserving experience or familiarity with adserving platforms such as DART for Publishers - major plus
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
