Job Descriptions:
Filing of claims for various insurance companies as well as GA Medicare & Medicaid. Process incoming mail correspondence as well as post insurance payments to accounts. Verification of patients insurance benefits and eligibility. File necessary appeals.
Handle incoming calls from patients, doctors offices, and various insurance companies. Make collection calls to patients with
delinquent balances on their account. Maintain current fee schedule with various insurance companies & GA Medicare & Medicaid.
