Performs routine duties, i.e., copying, filing and distributing mail. Major function is indexing the work that comes into the workflow system to the appropriate recipients within 24 hours of its receipt. Requires overall knowledge and application of department and/or company policies and procedures; utilizes general understanding of other departments' functions. Applies basic skills and procedures appropriate for the position. Duties and tasks are standardized. Resolves routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher levels.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Extensive PC knowledge is required, along with the ability to work independently. Good written and oral communication skills are needed. The ability to meet a quality and production metric is also required.
