About the Opportunity

The CAFM Developer provides services related to the architecture, development, implementation, maintenance and upkeep of facilities management data in the Computer Aided Facilities Management application. The CAFM Developer is also responsible for the development of additional features to the CAFM application.

Work with the Facilities Information Management Team to understand additional client needs and requirements for application development and enhancement.

Ability to think out-of-the-box when presented with customer s needs.

Ability to take small amounts of details and develop plan for development and implementation.

High attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Effective oral and written communications skills. Understands the importance of formal written communication.

Ability to communicate in a professional manner with client executive management.

Experience with database architecture, usage, design and administration (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, SyBase, Microsoft Access, FileMaker Pro)

Experience with Visual Basic, Java Script, SQL and XML.

Experience with Flash and Flash-based development.

Experience with enterprise reporting and dashboard tools such as Microsoft Reporting Services, Business Objects and Crystal Reports.

Hands-on understanding of AutoCAD particularly as it is applied in integrated CAFM solutions and the areas of best practice document control processes and standards.
