Requirements:

.Ohio License .BLS/CPR Certification .Titers/Immunization for MMR and Varicella .PPD current within one year .Hep B Titer/Immunization or Series of 3 .Physical current within one year .Minimum 1 year recent RN Oncology experience, and/or great professional references of past RN Oncology experience
