This is a brand new position. This client currently has 3 Directors of Pharmacy and are looking to expand again. Come and lead the pharmacy by developing cost-effective, appropriate, & safe medication use. Implement & maintain pharmacy services, formulary management, supervise, train & hire staff as needed, and offer performance improvement. Oversee budget and prepare for JCAHO surveys if needed.
