Responsibilities:
* Define and Consult with prospects and clients in designing the most effective digital delivery service for their unique content.
* Work closely with Account Reps and Technical Architects to help qualify new sales leads, educate prospects, architect complex solutions, and set the price point on deals.
* Meeting with and presenting technical solutions to prospects and clients.
* Create and manage RFPs and RFIs.
* Collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Finance.
Qualifications:
* Detailed knowledge of Internet technologies, thorough understanding of eCommerce, On-line Marketing, Web Analytics and Security.
* 4+ years experience in a “customer facing” environment such as sales or technical consulting.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
* Must have experience developing and enhancing strong client relationships
* A proven track record demonstrating good business judgment, an ability to make decisions, and a passion for excellence
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field is strongly preferred.
* Technical programming background - J2EE, .NET, Web Services experience is a big plus
* Travel up to 20%
