My client is looking for a candidate that has practical technical knowledge and management experience in most of the following: Custom Automated Assembly processes, CNC machining centers, mills, wires related to making injection molds, die and tooling, along with components for the products. Insert injection molding and operations. Wire insulation processes with extrusion, braiding and wrapping. Metal tube manufacturing processes and the related mechanical drawings, heat treatment and testing processes. Thin film sensor manufacturing, an understanding of the customized back end high volume automated assembly equipment. Have instrument assembly, calibration and product design. Must be able to design and make automation.
