This individual will work on a broad range of projects to develop business, operating, and IT strategies. The focus of work includes three key areas:
• Business Problem Solving – You tackle our clients’ toughest business problems by leveraging Sapient’s research and business assessment capabilities to define the problem and identify innovative solutions.
• Informed Business Decision Making – You bring rigor to the client decision-making process by conducting detailed financial analyses, presenting solution options, and driving consensus among key stakeholders.
• Solution Planning – You define, scope and plan new solutions for clients, including determining how to measure business results, modeling business processes, gathering business requirements, and identifying the organizational changes required to realize the benefits of the solution.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Managing key tracks of work (including other individuals) in accordance with established budget, work plans and quality standards
• Lead the gathering and prioritization of business requirements based upon business and user needs and technology capabilities
• Review, document and assess client operations
• Develop and apply conceptual frameworks and analytical approaches
• Coordinate and execute customer, vendor, market analyst, and client interviews, using qualitative and quantitative methods as appropriate, including ethnographic research, in-context interviews, facilitated work sessions, focus groups, and surveys
• Conduct primary and secondary research, data collection and market/competitor analyses
• Perform financial analysis and develop business cases
• Develop and present solutions and recommendations
• Facilitate meetings, working sessions and workshops
• Create strong working relationships with clients in business and IT roles
• Support business development activities including client proposals
