Sapient has an immediate opening for a Sr Associate, Financial Analyst to focus on the operational performance of Sapient’s Global Shared Services (GSS) team, specifically the Compensation and Benefits team.

This will be a hands-on role in our Boston, MA office reporting to the Directors of Compesenation and Benefits and the VP of Finacial Operations.


Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for financial operations management and financial planning and analysis for our GSS teams, with a focus on People Success (Compensation and Benefits)
• Design, collect and maintain rolling quarterly operational/financial forecasts
• Budget/forecast/actual variance creation and analysis
• Provide guidance and custom analysis in order to establish strong expense management tools and strategy
• Act as a key business partner to the GSS teams
• Shared accountability for GSS P&Ls
• Ad hoc analysis and reporting to all levels of management
