Our Dallas based, Fortune 500 Audit Director is looking for a key individual, someone who can impact the operation NOW and into the near AND long term future. As a highly visible Audit Senior, establish a SOX program from beginning to end, work with division management in communicating the corporate objectives, the scope, controls for the new SOXs program.

What are the key characteristics the company is looking for?
·3-5 years in Audit or combination in Industry,
Public Accounting, Consulting and Strong SOX, GAAP
·CPA, CIA certification or working toward
·Ability to travel 5-10% within the US
