As a project manager on our Implementation Services Team you will be responsible for leading all aspects of New Client transitions onto our Managed Accounts Solutions Platform. This position will have heavy client and vendor contact in addition to working with internal Operations and Technology teams. There will also be development and enhancement projects to integrate functionality with vendor based platforms and solutions. The core project management responsibilities of this position include:

* Production and management of implementation schedules
* Estimating conversion costs
* Base lining project timelines
* Management information reporting (internal and external)
* Management of client expectations
* Issue management and resolution

The candidate will be required to assess client needs in the following functional areas:

* Account opening/maintenance
* Portfolio Management/Trading
* SMA Operations
* Performance
* Client Reporting
* Billing

Managing the timely delivery of requirements to all development partners and changes to project scope will be the result of the needs assessment.The candidate will work with the management team to define roles, responsibilities and milestones and on a daily basis will lead/participate in progress review meetings at the operational and project level, providing continuous feedback on project status.The manager is responsible for issue escalation, conflict resolution, resource planning and must facilitate management decision making when needed.With regard to client onboarding efforts it is the responsibility of the manager to effectively plan, execute and support:

* Data Mapping from current platforms to JPMorgan platform
* Data Conversion (accounts, positions, tax lots, restrictions, etc.)
* Acceptance testing
* User Training
* Post Implementation Support
* Transition into Relationship Management

Additional responsibilities include contributing to the standardization of the project planning and management process. Establishing useful templates for project plans, requirements documents and test plans is expected and the candidate will be responsible for all team members following established methodologies and rules.Qualifications

* Experience in leading several complex systems conversion projects
* Expertise in project management disciplines, specifically managing the constraints of time, cost and scope
* Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels
* Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
* Strong verbal and written skills
* Strong team building skills
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge level of Microsoft Project
* BA/BS required
* Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) experience is highly valued.
* MBA; PMP Certification a plus
