In addition to an understanding of the government security community and information assurance processes, must be able to provide technical vision, leadership and execution for developing and implementing business application architecture/infrastructure and information technology (IT) solutions that improve our service quality, cost effectiveness, and efficiency for our user base, to lead the business forward in a constantly changing, competitive marketplace. Ability to engage with and strategically manage a diverse user community with different computing and business application needs, differing technical skill levels and unique and varied requirements as exemplified by stakeholders such as engineering, operations, finance and sales. This position is responsible for compliance with all Government security procedures and full implementation of same throughout the corporation.
IT:
· Experience in designing and operating Microsoft Enterprise networks in the areas of: Networks, Servers, Security, and desktops.
· Experience in designing and operating Microsoft Enterprise networks in secure facilities.
· The ability to immediately assist in operating multiple Microsoft Enterprise networks.
· Continuously and reliably meet the needs of the user community;
· Enhance the IT foundation to support continued business system improvements; and drive the application infrastructure to support emerging enterprise needs.
· Set the overall direction and oversee planning and implementation of all business information systems.
· Direct IT management budgeting, strategic and tactical planning and database system strategy. Researches and identifies technical innovation in IT to be blended into current business systems to enhance network functionality and keep the company competitive.
Security:
· Oversee and implement policy for information systems, physical, facility,
and personnel security programs
· Implement security policy and direction consistent with the Company and
Government regulations
· Direct Security management budgeting, strategic and tactical planning.
· Interact with government agencies on classified matters
· Coordinate with government agencies to obtain rulings, interpretations, and
for compliance with regulations
· Provide answers/analyses to address questions and concerns from management
· Manage Operations Security (OPSEC)
As a people manager, duties include performance management, establishing and maintaining appropriate reward and recognition systems, as well as training, coaching, leadership development, and mentoring of department associates Develop and establish department goals and objectives as well as overseeing the execution of plans. Serve as primary corporate spokesperson for Security compliance.
Experience
Requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree
Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Department of Defense
security management and computer system operation.
Must have experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO), including
completion of all FSO related courses and certifications.
Must possess and maintain a US Government Security Clearance at
TS/SCI/Fullscope/lifestyle polygraph level.
CSSO Certified is preferred
