Click Here to Apply OnlineThe Coordinator for Global Skincare Marketing will works closely with Managers and Assistant The Coordinator for Global Skincare Marketing will works closely with Managers and Assistant Managers to support development of marketing programs for Skincare. Acts as junior marketer responsible for assisting with new launches based upon strategic direction for category and region. Provides support for category reviews, pricing and other analyses. Attends and participates in cross-functional category meetings. Partners with support groups and leads preparation for all meetings such as roundtables, creative turnovers, and management presentations.
Responsible for meeting preparation for North America Sales/International Roundtable Meetings (including managing shipments and owning request document), Advertising and Creative briefings as well as Category/Competitive reviews.
Develops agenda and recaps all regularly scheduled Global. Marketing/Products/Packaging/Design meetings, regional conference calls etc., to insure appropriate next steps are taken.
Responsible for managing International Marketing Website including issuing weekly updates, posting Forecast Offerings and Bulletins and archiving old programs (post launch).
Responsible for updating and owning NOAM grids ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
Acts as liaison to the creative team as category expert on collateral and CPMS system including Global & North America Work Requests.
Reconcile and provide updates to sales/customer service on allocation sheets.
Works diligently with key internal customers to ensure category programs, requests, and product launches adhere to overall timetables and costs.
Coordinates background information to assist in preparation of pricing information including understanding and acting as the expert on International Pricing System/Data Research Publication.
Assists the Global Marketing Team in preparation of global category analyses as assigned.
Oversees BA samples, press samples and comps.
Skills:
Position requires 2+ years related experience.
Should be a self-starter and have a keen ability to work on multiple projects with multiple individuals.
Must possess pro-active critical thinking skills.
Able to take initiative, anticipate next steps and offer recommendations and solutions.
Must be an excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with members of cross-functional teams.
Must have the ability to dual report.
Must be highly detail-oriented with un-prompted follow-through.
Must have the potential to assume increased responsibility.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and especially PowerPoint.
Should demonstrate a passion for the cosmetic business and in particular, understand Estée Lauder¿s philosophy and point of difference.
