US Field Budgets:
•Participate in the development of annual Field Selling and Field In-Store budgets for all U.S. departments.
•On a monthly basis, monitor Field Selling and Field In-Store spending against budget and develop full-year estimates with the Executive Director and Director of Clinique Finance (along with Field Sales) for corporate finance reporting purposes.
•Execute month-end accounting close for all U.S. Field departments including monthly analysis of expenses, journal entries and accrual entries.
•Prepare and distribute monthly comprehensive reporting package on Field In-Store and Field Selling spending to Field Sales management.
•Coordinate all activity with Accounts Receivable for Co-op Advertising and In-Store Visuals and Displays deductions.
Clinique Puerto Rico and Clinique Canada
•Partner with the Director of Finance to perform the month-end accounting close for both North American affiliates including monthly analysis of expenses, journal entries and accrual entries.
•Prepare and distribute monthly reporting package to Clinique Puerto Rico and Clinique Canada management.
Prepare account and Door P&L submissions to the corporate Door P&L group.
•Verify accuracy of all quarterly Door P&L input.
•Create Door P&L reporting for all RVP’s and RMD’s twice a year.
•Create Account P&L’s for use by the North American National Sales Manager.
SMI / SAP
•Assist in the deployment of the SAP Procure-to-Pay module to Field Sales administration.
Other
•Special projects as they arise.


Skills:
2+ years experience accounting/financial analysis – including budgeting.
Degree in Accounting/Finance
Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word. Knowledge of Access a big plus.
Knowledge of Oracle Financials, Hyperion Essbase and Retrieve
Excellent interpersonal skills along with stellar writing and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude
