The ideal candidate brings:
•15+ solid years of HR experience with heavy emphasis on staffing
•Must have led staffing function
•HR Generalist experience required
•Worked with a world class company
•Has a BS with a high GPA from a premier school; MBA preferred
•3.0 GPA or higher required
•Has stable, progressive, employment history long term positions held
•The ability to function strategically while juggling hands on, day to day priorities
•The demonstrated ability to cultivate effective, long term relationships with hiring managers, schools, agencies and others
•Has the ability to function in a fast growing, dynamic, challenging privately held company environment
•Manufacturing Experience strongly desired
