Assistant to the COO Nashville area, TN

We are currently searching for an Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer for an innovative senior care organization located in the greater Nashville, Tennessee area. We are looking for someone with experience as a Nursing Home Administrator with a strong Accounting background. The successful candidate will have experience in both finance and administration and will be responsible for:

Multi-Facility operation review
Financial modeling and program development
Policy development and implementation
