Must have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or very closely related with at least three years of design experience with Pro-E or other 3D design CAD system. Background should include the design of sheet metal components. Must have experience in FEA and the analysis of mechanical systems. Will design and develop customer driven customization changes to assemblies and sub-assemblies by working with cross-functional, concurrent design project team. Utilizes Design for Manufacturability and Assembly principles to balance manufacturability, cost, function, appearance, safety, reliability and serviceability.
