EnerSearch Group is currently looking for a Data Base Administrator for our prestigious client in Ontario.

Scope of Work:
•Design-level infrastructure DBA, 5+ years’ experience, including Oracle 9i & 10g, SQL Server 2000 and 2005.
•Project management, project lead experience is an asset along with IT process design and/or knowledge of ITIL framework.
•Required to work on-site at our client office 5X8, with some flexibility.
•Minimum 6th months, with strong possibility of extension.

The successful applicant will work as part of a very senior team of technical analysts responsible for design and projects across all aspects of IT infrastructure. Current / upcoming projects include re-hosting of all Oracle databases from SPOF HP9000 servers to new clustered HP Integrity servers, re-hosting of SQL Server databases to new Windows clusters, and dbms design for large-scale deployment of Primavera P6.

Duration:
Initially 6 months with possibility of an extending.
