ActionLink is seeking experienced merchandisers with solid planogram experience and a dedication to detail.

Due to new contract ActionLink is seeking merchandisers with solid reset experience to become our dedicated representative in a major electronics store.

Duties:
• Complete AM planogram resets before store hours in computer, GPS and other electronics departments.
• Complete general merchandising tasks in camera and home theatre departments during store hours.
• Maintain functionality and cleanliness of displays
• Order replacement parts and POP when necessary
• Build rapport with store management and staff
• Schedule planogram resets with store management
• Complete and pass planogram reset trainings on ActionLink website
• Complete on-line call reports within 24 hrs of visit

Hours required:
7:00-11:00 AM (must be available these hours to do pog resets when they occur)
As well as maintenance and weekly merchandising during store hours M-F.

Hours for resets may vary from 4-16 hrs or more in a week.
General merchandising during store hours will range from 2-6 hrs per week.
Rep must take both to be considered for this dedicated rep position.

Skills and equipment required:

1. Working knowledge of planogram sets and merchandising techniques.
2. Ability to set up new computers or disconnect and move existing computers to new Planogram location and reconnect so that they are operational.
3. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
4. Ability to climb stair type ladder.
5. Ability to lift up to 35-40 lbs.
6. Home PC with Internet access and printer (reporting is on-line)
7. Reliable transportation.
8. Ability to complete work within ActionLink weekly rotational time frames.
9. Ability to follow step by step instructions.
10. Ability to pass standard background check and drug testing
11. Due to vendor requests that we submit photos, a digital camera would be required.
