Pricing / Billing - Provide service contract and spot quote quotations. Develop process to follow and close on open quotes / contracts. Track consumption against contract quantities. Price Verification

Responsibility, incl. quarterly analysis for backlog adjustments.
Credit Terms - Liaison with Customer and Company's Credit to establish mutually acceptable terms.

Business Planning - Together with Field Sales, define the account strategy including goals, objectives and tactical plans for the account. Prepare a Joint Support Plan (JSP). The JSP should include future Customer program opportunities matched to Company's product or service offerings. Track OTR Opportunities and Design Wins. Monitor or input sales forecast and include forecast in JSP accordingly. Develop and deploy support strategies for targeted accounts.

Sales - Present Company's Service offerings to Customers to implement defined initiatives. This includes Supply Model and Extranet features / benefits. Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts at assigned accounts.
Business Maintenance / Post Sale Account Management - Ensure revenue / margin maximization for existing accounts through execution of both the strategic and tactical account management processes. Work cross-functionally within IR and with our Customers to ensure a consistent level of satisfaction. Support Customer Business Review Meetings. Generate data / reports and present. Escalation Path for Contact Center Issues: (Urgent Customer Issues, and 48hr. Escalation of Queues). Manage part deviation issues, special builds, etc. Ensure Customer Master File is accurate for assigned accounts.

Inventory Program Management - Verify weekly forecasts, ensure optimization of Business -Book Metrics. Implement and manage inventory programs, as required: (submit approval forms, review parts on program, maintain forecast take-up metrics, upload forecast, micro-manage forecast to cap match, provide Customer with ad-hoc reports, etc.) Conduct program reviews, utilize stop-light report format.

RMAs - RMA entry for personal errors, Responsibility for RMA follow-up, and tracking for assigned accounts. RMA Follow-up
Customer Satisfaction - Visit Customer sites as req'd, approx. 1 - 2 trips annually for each major account. Solicit feedback on all facets of business relationship, through surveys and other. Flow down feedback, and coordinate response to Customer. Improve overall satisfaction rating for assigned accounts
Misc. - Make recommendations for change and implement changes effectively. Comply with IR Company procedures and work instructions. Carry out additional responsibilities as requested by management."

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a Business or Technical curriculum
Ablity to Travel 10 - 15%
5 - 7 years experience in a Customer Facing Position (Customer Support, Contract Administration, Inside Sales) within a B2B manufacturing environment
Strong written & verbal communication skills
