As an Salus Rehabilitation Speech-Language Pathologist, you are entrusted with the responsibility of caring for our residents, families, co-workers, visitors and all others The primary purpose of your job position is to provide and direct speech therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Functions under physicians orders. You are entrusted to provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results.

As Speech-Language Pathologist, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. Responsible for providing and directing speech therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Experience: Works beyond normal working hours, weekends and holidays and on other shifts/positions as necessary.

Must possess a minimum of a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Must possess a minimum of Clinical Competency or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship year.

Must possess a current state licensure or license eligible.

Must possess excellent interpersonal, coordinating, and organizational skills.

Must be able to manage multiple tasks at one time.

Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
