Seeking qualified Consultant Pharmacist to work in this full-time position. Review & interpret resident medical records & prescription orders. Provide consults related to drug-related questions; recommend cost-effective drug therapies. Supervise technician workflow, provide med assessments, coordinate deliveries to ensure timely arrival of meds/supplies, and process prescriptions. Maintain inventory & record-keeping for medications, including narcotics.

Compensation: Competitive

Experience: BS or PharmD, licensed pharmacist in IL. Long Term Care pharmacy experience or 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital or community setting.
