Working closely with the trading desks and other areas focusing on control, service and reporting

Responsibilities:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly P&L reporting for US Fixed Income / FX trading
• New deal analysis and trade validation of fixed income / FX Derivatives
• Understanding & explaining P&L movements through Risk Attribution
• Monitoring trader mandates and stop-loss limits.
• Liaising with Sales, Risk, Trade Support, Operations, IT
• Provide coaching and day-to-day management to junior team members.
• Ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Math
• 6-8 years relevant experience in middle office or control
• Previous Fixed Income / FX experience required, Exotics experience a plus
• Management of small teams
• Strong, executable Excel spreadsheet skills. VBA a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
• Diligent and attentive to detail
• MBA, CPA preferred
