Provide support and control to the Fixed Income / FX Derivatives trading desk of a global investment bank.

Responsibilities:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly production of the Independent P&L Report
• Proactive investigation and resolution of differences between the traders flash P&L and the Product Control P&L. Balance Sheet Substantiation
• Assure proper reporting of results via the month end close process.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of inter-company trades
• Involvement in New Deal approval process
• Coordinate with Sales, Risk, Trade Support, Operations, IT

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• 1-2 years public accounting experience, CPA preferred
• Current relevant experience in middle office or product control
• Previous Fixed Income / FX Derivatives experience required
• Strong, executable Excel spreadsheet skills. VBA a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
• Diligent and attentive to detail
