Position Details
The chosen candidate will oversee all promotional campaigns for the Consumer & Business Lending Products. He/She will work with Product managers to create Marketing strategy for the Consumer Lending Products.

Duties and Responsibilities
•Manage direct mail and corporate marketing budgets for these products
•Develop marketing calendar with direct mail and corporate marketing teams to ensure complete alignment
•Manage sale support activities for consumer and business lending.
•Manage budget for all consumer and business lending spends
•Work with Corporate Marketing Team to develop and manage product awareness through all channels
•Provide strategic and tactical recommendations on value proposition and execution of various marketing initiatives
•Direct Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Sales/Operational Teams Research Efforts for Lending Products
•Active leader to foster partnerships in the development of strategy
•Work with appropriate partners to develop key objectives, scripts for customer insight efforts, etc.
•Be the Voice of the Consumer and the Voice of the Banker in every Product Lending Promotion or development effort
•Manage development and modification of Lending collateral
•Manage staff of three Product Support Staff with each responsible for Consumer and product Business Vendors.

Management of Internet Site Content:
•Develop sales tools and communication for all the Sales Channels regarding Lending products
•Develop and Manage Lending newsletter for the Sales Teams
•Work with Training Team to help develop training tools for the Lending Products for the
•Sales and Operational Teams
•Provide competitive intelligence for direct mail and advertising in all markets.
•Manage content of lending products on national city.com
•Work to prioritize of various retail lending initiatives

Communication:
•Work with product managers, sales development and communication to ensure that any Credit Policy and Guideline changes are clear to the field.
•Creatively develop Sales Tools and sales support utilized in any and all channels.
•Manage all product promotions and product programs.
•Work with operations team and/or appropriate product owner to develop ad hoc customer communications.
•Be a part of various Lending growth initiatives from a Product Specific Sales Tools and Communications standpoint.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree is required.
Requires 10+ years relevant and demonstrated experience and normally requires a master’s degree or advanced certification in a discipline directly related to the position.
Banking Product Management Experience is required
Multiple channel Marketing background in Banking (retail, direct, e-commerce, etc) is preferred.
