Position Details
Lead Key Management and Information Assurance Engineer to provide the technical leadership and direction for architecture and design of the TSAT network assurance and key management architecture. This Information Assurance Senior Staff Engineer leads the Key Management Architecture, Design and Implementation Teams to successfully deliver a Key management architectural and implementation; which provides the required Information / Network Assurance protections to the TSAT Network. Additionally the Information Assurance Senior Staff Engineer assists in addressing the following network architecture topic areas: Core Network, Space/Ground Link, Mobility, IA, Network Management, and GIG Interoperability. Because the candidate will be responsible for aligning the Key Management Architecture with the network architecture and emerging concepts envisioned by program architects and subject matter experts, the candidate should exhibit technical competency in all IP network-related subject areas for a large net-centric SATCOM program. A successful candidate will have expertise in industry-accepted and emerging key management and cryptographic technologies and standards, advanced networking protocols, and GIG interoperability standards.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree is required.
10 years experience is required.
Strong project leadership skills, PMI certification is a plus.
Experience leading an architecture and implementation team in an integrated team environment; a solid technical background in Key Management and cryptography, Network Architecture Development and Network Management is required
Architectural design methodology including the ability to demonstrate the Information Assurance and Key Management mechanisms with Network Architecture and into a set of network design requirements are required.
Ability to work with customer and other stakeholders to develop operational and system requirements is required.
Ability to lead teams of people in the conduct of the job from a cost, technical and schedule objective is required.
