Job Summary
The Cardiac Monitor Technician will be responsible for the continuous observation of the cardiac monitor, recognition of cardiac arrhythmias, and documentation of monitor strips. Techs will be required to notify the cardiac trained RN of arrhythmia changes.

Required Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience as a Cardiac Monitor Technician
• Previous EKG monitoring experience
• ECG analysis skills
• The capacity to demonstrate arrhythmia identification by successfully passing the test prior to hire
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• A High School diploma or GED equivalent
