Looking for a trainee for Mortgage Processing. Computer experience required.

Will be responsible for organizing and preparing the mortgage file for refunds. Obtaining Verifications and collecting documentation needed from the claimants.

Requirements:
A. High School Diploma or equivalent and not less than 18 years old.
B. Should be able to work independently.
C. Should have pleasing personality to coordinate with other members and claimants.
D. Work with people of all ages.

Duties and skills:
A. Skills in the use of general office equipment.
B. Maintain working familiarity with mortgage terminology and operations within a working facility.
C. Maintain effective and courteous interpersonal skills.
D. Proficient skills in word processing.

Customer service experience. Computer literate-knowledge. Confident, articulate, team leader and team player. Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities, often under pressure, in a fast paced environment.
