Position Description
Dynetics has a need for Flash programmers to design and develop rich front-end flash interfaces, website, and back end-interfacing flash systems for America's Army. This position will require the candidate to work with the production team to drive the implementation of the project's technical vision. Applicant will be expected to continue learning a wide variety of technologies. Applicant must have a creative/multimedia background and formal design education with an excellent understanding of online technologies and web design principles. Strong communication skills, problem solving skills, and innovative thinking are required.

Basic Qualifications
Applicant must have advanced experience and understanding of Adobe Flash CS3 software with ActionScript 2.0/3.0 scripted animation techniques and OOP concepts. Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and After Effects required. Strong knowledge of XML, PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript desired. Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and possess a Bachelor's or Associates degree or have more than two years in web development.

Other Qualifications
Experience with JSFL, Flex, 3D, JavaScript Libraries (JQuery, Mootools, & SPRY) for UI design and interactive game development is a significant plus.
