We are seeking full-time Customer Service Specialists! The work week is any five days of the week. You can opt for a traditional M - F schedule or create something non-traditional. Desire to work the weekend is a big plus but not required.
We also have flexible shifts! All shifts are comprised of 8 consecutive hours between 6AM and 10PM. You can go for a traditional shift of 9- 5, or work something different if you'd like.
Saturdays and Sundays can be worked either from home or from the office.
Pretty flexible, right?
Initial training will occur during "regular" working hours. You must specify the work week and shift you desire in your cover letter.
What does a Customer Service Specialist Do?
Responsibilities include:
-Answering high volume of member service and tech support emails
-Answering incoming member service and tech support phone calls
-Provide absolutely the best service to our members
Skills:
The ideal candidate will:
-Be a fast learner
-Be extremely proficient in website navigation and the internet in general
-Have superior communication skills
-Have impeccable writing skills and perfect grammar
-Have strong technical support troubleshooting skills
-Have excellent organizational skills, follow-through skills and is detail-oriented.
-Have strong teamwork and customer service orientation
-Have experience using multiple web browsers (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox, Mozilla, Safari, etc.)
-Have first-hand experience participating in Meetup Groups (a plus, but not required).
-Be fluent in reading, writing and speaking Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, German or French (big plus, but not required)
