Provides patient care under the direction of a Rehabilitation Coordinator or Manager. Completes documentation according to established procedures. Is involved in support duties assigned. Contributes to professional development of self and others. Enhances interdisciplinary team through professional skills and knowledge. Demonstrates safe working practices.

Experience: Education:
Bachelor or Masters Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
Experience:
1-2 years experience preferred, but not required, in a skilled nursing facility rehab environment or equivalent.
