We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help us keep pace with the growth in our business. We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and excellent opportunity for growth. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for acting as a team leader under the Production Manager, designing surveys, troubleshooting problems, creating data files, and producing user-friendly reports to help guide our clients through detailed survey processes. They are also responsible for coordinating with our account managers and administrative team to ensure that we meet and exceed client expectations.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required
Customer service experience required
Three years experience in working with designing surveys, managing data files, and/or producing data and statistical reports is preferred
Knowledge of web design/HTML code
Data entry experience
Supervisory experience a plus
Computer Skills:
Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access)
Advanced knowledge of Photoshop
Ability to learn and use proprietary, internet based workflow software
