Full-time position available for Renacer, an inpatient setting for male youths. This inpatient rehabilitation center is designed to provide culturally sensitive chemical dependency services to male adolescents who are at high-risk and require constant care and empathy to help in dealing with their problem/issues. CDP must have an AA degree and DASA Certification and must also have a Washington State CDP License. Knowledge of DBT skills, MRT skills preferred but not required. Duties include how to be a liaison between the public and the facility, provide a one-on-one group counseling assessment, evaluation and intake, organize and provide direct counseling services to patients in a secure setting. Incumbent should have demonstrated rapport, empathy for, and ability to communicate with recovery patients.


Skills:
Applicants must have no history of alcohol or drug misuse for a period of two years prior to the time of employment. Computer skills are a plus and experience working with adolescents and in the field is a must. Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
