Fast growing VoIP company is looking for a bright, creative and innovative individual to structure, oversee and execute marketing operations in North America.

Responsibilities:
• Perform market research and analysis such as competitor analyses, sales forecasts, new market trends in support of proposed marketing programs, product introductions, and budgeting planning.
• Manage the production of creative development for print, online Medias, and promotional materials.
• Manage the production of websites, and other customer communications materials.
• Develop and maintain detailed monthly, quarterly and annual sales report in order to provide analysis of marketing programs, campaigns, promotions, events, etc.
• Develop, lead, and execute new marketing programs related to new product proposals and introductions; product line modifications and pricing proposals.
• Develop promotions, execute and oversee production of promotion plans and implementation.
• Identify, manage and oversee local event marketing programs and establish relationship with local organizations for grass root marketing.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing marketing programs, and to saturate existing market segments.
• Work with contracted PR firm proactively garner press interest in our firm, products and promotions.
• Provide technical support to sales team; respond to their questions and provide appropriate product information.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Medias, and joint marketing partners.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills:
Job Skills and Qualifications:
• Must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English in both written and oral skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations or similar degree.
• Five years of demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in Marketing and PR.
• Demonstrate ability to manage a project. Ability to develop and apply advanced marketing concepts and techniques.
• A team-player with a positive and professional attitude.
• Must have strong organization skills and be able to multi-task.
• Strong attention to details and be responsible of delivering results.
• A self-starter, a fast-learner, who does not require heavy supervision, and copes well with changes.
• The ability to work at a fast pace.
