Tawa Supermarket, Inc. is seeking a capable Construction Manager, who will help manage and actively supervise our various Construction projects. Ample opportunity is available for the right individual to grow with the management team and to contribute to the success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze and manage construction of fast food restaurants, warehouse, food retail, and supermarket building.

• Ability to administer and direct Subcontractors in project schedules and track performance

• Review and assist in the preparation of construction documents and contracts.

• 5 years + of supervisory experience with design engineer, which includes but not limited fast food restaurants, warehouse, food retail, and supermarket building.

• Perform bidding, subcontractor selection, and material purchasing.

• Review vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and engineers cost estimates, proposals, and invoices.

• Monitor projects for quality, time efficiency and cost efficiency, ensuring projects are on schedule and within budgets.

• Monitor all active projects and work orders as well as change orders.

• Assist in procuring all required and necessary permits, insurance, and reports.

• Generate budgetary, scheduling, and management reports for tenant improvements, core and shell, and turnkey projects.

• Supervise active construction projects on a daily basis. Travel may be required as dictated by production schedules.

Qualifications:

• Strong communications, interpersonal, organization, and analytical skills

• Must be organized and results-oriented.

• 5 years + of supervisory experience with design engineer, which includes but not limited fast food restaurant, warehouse, food retail, and supermarket building.

• BS degree in Architectural, Civil.
