Job Description

• Manage and grow our Asian recruiting and HR consulting business
• Maintain business with existing clients
• Find new clients via trade shows, publications, e-mail marketing, etc.
• Manage the relationship with our clients throughout the recruiting/HR process
• Help with recruiting as needed (interview top candidates)
• Promote and oversee our Asia HR webcasts
• Manage and make improvements to www.pacificbridge.com website
• Stay on top of Asian HR trends and write articles on Asian HR current issues

Skills:
Candidate requirements

• Undergraduate/graduate degree from a good school with a good GPA (over 3.2)
• 2-7 years of work experience
• Asian language ability (Chinese preferred)
• Some experience working with senior executives or maintaining relationships with clients
• Strong interest in Asia
• Ability to multitask
• Extroverted personality
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
• Highest ethics and integrity; hardworking
• Good writing skills
