Duties include:
A.Calling Medicare, Medicaid and other major third party insurance companies to check on payment of claims.
B.Accounts receivables.
C.Correcting insurance information per conversations with insurance personnel and customers.
D.Correcting claims to ensure prompt payment.
E.Noting accounts to ensure adequate follow-up.
F.Performing Pre-billing data entry.
G.Customer Service duties such as customizing, invoicing, ICD-9 and CPT coding and customer relations.
H.Assisting employees and answering questions when needed to help in successful completion of their job duties.
