Primary Qualifications (candidate must possess to be considered):
US Citizen, as contract requires
Must be able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check
Minimum of seven years working in functional application implementation & configuration of COTS products
Three or more years experience working with functional implementation of Oracle eBusiness Suite solutions, preferably Logistics areas
Secondary Qualifications (candidate preferred):
Three or more years experience working with languages such as PL/SQL, and Unix scripting languages
Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
Communication and presentation skills
Organization and time management skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems either on site or remotely
Principal Duties and Essential Functions:
Perform duties in the capacity of Lead Functional Application Implementation/Configuration Specialist within the Systems Engineering Technical CM group responsible for ensuring that the correct configurations are delivered to multiple demonstration, integration, and test environments in a reliable and repeatable manner
Support release management activities supporting package builds and installations using HP PPM across multiple demonstration and test environments locally within CSCs facility and within the Global Combat Support System-Air Force (GCSS-AF) Capabilities Integration Environment (CIE), at Gunter Annex, Maxwell AFB AL for the application configurations
Collaborate with other workstreams and teams to meet project schedule inter-dependencies
Support definition / documentation of configuration management processes and procedures related to baseline definition and control
Interface with Integrated Process Teams, Oracle DBAs, Application Administrators, System Administrators, Release Managers, Test Managers to accomplish project tasks
Support CM audits conducted by our customer and internal QA audits
Education or Years of Experience Requirements
A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline
. This position requires a minimum of Ten years experience managing or performing software engineering activities, of which at least Eight years must be specialized; or, a Masters Degree in aforementioned fields with Eight years of general experience of which at least Six must be specialized; or, No Degree required with Thirteen years of general experience or which at least Eleven must be specialized
