Take your career to the next level with a company that is as forward-thinking as you are. Together with the Project Managers, you will provide project coordination company-wide, including supporting Automotive Development. Responsibilities will include:

* Supporting the Automotive Development projects by working with Managers to provide project coordination
* Organizing, setting up and leading development events and meetings, as well as recording and distributing meeting minutes
* Creating, coordinating and resolving schedule conflicts to facilitate development activities
* Creating, copying, filing and distributing documents/reports, including budgets and presentations
* Communicating with other Honda companies for coordination of events and meetings

Skills:
Success requires:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or Mechanical Engineering and 1+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
* High level of Japanese/English verbal and written skills (Japanese to English and English to Japanese)
* PC proficiency with MS Office and other technical software
* Excellent communication/interpersonal, planning, organization and leadership skills
* Ability to travel and work overtime may be required
