Position Description:
Epoch's Call Center Representatives assist customers with billing inquiries, membership cancellation and general issues relating to Internet purchases. Representatives also assist customers by responding to email inquiries as well as customer-initiated chat sessions.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must be over 18 years old.
Must possess two years of customer service experience and a professional telephone demeanor.
Flexibility for scheduling is key: All shifts are available, with preference to fill swing shifts. Candidate must be willing to work at least one weekend shift.
Ability to navigate the Internet with ease.
Foreign language fluency highly desirable; French, German, Japanese, etc.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background and credit investigation.
