Executive Director - Whole Woman's Health of Beaumont The Executive Director is ultimately responsible for the success of the clinic, upholding the vision and mission of Whole Woman's Health. This includes maintaining financial growth, profitability and the Whole Woman's Health high standard of patient care. The ED must be committed to patient care that involves the mind, soul, heart and body, and inspire a similar commitment in our employees. The ED provides direction and structure for clinic and organizational systems. The ED works directly with the CEO and the Executive Team in developing policy and strategic plans. General Requirements * College Graduate or Licensed nurse required. * 5 year's women's health care or management experience. * Bilingual in Spanish preferred. * People management skills, including leadership, patience, honesty, humility, courage. * Organization and project management skills. * Business skills and savvy, including excellent time management skills. * Competence using computers, software/web ware, office and medical equipment. Essential functions * Leadership of Clinic Management team, staff and physicians. Holder of the vision and mission of Whole Woman's Health. * Monitoring all aspects of clinic operations“ fiscal, medical, regulatory, quality of service/care. * Liaison to corporate headquarters - reviewing clinic operations and performance with CEO. * Marketing, Public Relations, Clinic Growth * Administration; compliance with regulatory bodies, physician recruitment and credentialing, credentialing with insurance carriers, payroll, monitoring AR, etc. Compensation/Benefits * Full time, competitive salaried position. Minimum starting salary ranges from $42,000-$56,000 depending on experience. Relocation budget will be included if necessary. * Eligible for bonuses. * Vacation, Holiday and sick benefits.
