Do you have BAKERY manufacturing experience? Do you have some studies in Science or Business? Are you fluent in Spanish? Do you have proven experience leading and motivating a team of light industrial workers? Do you have the talent to write, develop, communicate, and train others in policies, procedures, and processes? In English and Spanish? Are you savvy in Baking processes, OSHA, AIB and LEAN manufacturing? Then we have an exciting career opportunity for you! Our operations department is looking for a talented Production Supervisor to oversee 55-75 employees across three shifts. This important role opens career opportunities within the company into Production, QA, Logistics, and Engineering depending on your interests and educational background. In addition to build a high performing team and develop best baking processes, you'll participate in plant audits & accreditation processes, and work closely with R&D to achieve customer satisfaction and company goals. If you are bilingual in Spanish, have supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, are passionate about baking and earned some education in science, then we can provide the training!
